POWER |
You should have a power supply with your terminal and a separate unit for your check reader. The terminal will have Swipe Card displayed. The check reader will have the green light lit or the light will be Amber if an Imager. |

PAPER |
The paper should be coming off the spool from the bottom into the terminal/Printer. If the terminal feeds paper but does not print reverse the roll. Most thermal paper only prints on one side. |

CHECK READER |
The cable connecting the terminal to the check reader plugs into the RS232 port on the terminal. The cable for the EN 2500 and CMR 431 have a 3rd leg power connector, make sure it is connected to its power supply. Click your check reader type for connection diagram.

TELEPHONE |
If using an imager it is required that it has access to a phone line and is plugged in. |
